The Custom Design Journey: Step-by-Step

From your first conversation with us to your finished piece, the entire process typically takes just 2 to 3 weeks. Walk-ins are always welcome for a complimentary initial consultation, or you can share your concepts online to get started.

1. Initial Concept Consultation: We discuss your budget, stone preferences, metal type, and overall style. Once you are ready to move forward, a design deposit schedules your project on our bench.
2. 3D Digital Model & Wax Prototype: We render your design using high-precision CAD software and 3D-print a physical wax prototype. You can view, touch, and try on this model in our store to request any adjustments before any metal is poured.
3. On-Site Casting & Clean Up: Once you approve the prototype, Igor melts your chosen metal (gold, platinum, or silver) and casts the raw frame right here in our workshop.
4. Stone Setting & Custom Finishing: We meticulously set your diamonds or gemstones and refine the edges under magnification. Finally, we apply your preferred surface finish—whether you want a traditional high-polish mirror shine, a soft brushed satin look, or a contemporary matte texture.
