2. How We Use Your Information & Manual Texting (SMS)
We use your phone number exclusively for direct, one-on-one, manual customer care. We do not use automated text messaging (SMS) marketing systems.
If you leave your phone number with us for communication purposes, our staff will manually text or call you (utilizing the Alive5 conversational text interface or our shop phone line) for the following exact purposes:
