Return and Refund Policy
Exchanges for store credit are accepted within 14 days of purchase. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds for buyer's remorse or changed minds; all accepted returns will be issued via merchandise store credit.
How to Process a Return or Exchange
The best and fastest way to process your return is to visit our storefront in person.

In-Store Walk-ins (Recommended): Simply bring your item directly into the shop. Please bring your original receipt. If you do not have your receipt, we can look up your purchase using your contact information (name and phone number) and/or the original payment method used.

Please note: Because we operate exclusively in-shop and do not sell online, all final refunds and store credits must be processed in person at our physical storefront:

Eligibility and Conditions
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
In accordance with our terms and conditions, if a returned item is significantly altered or dissimilar from the original product purchased, the return will be rejected entirely.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your item upon purchase and contact or visit us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if there is an issue, so that we can evaluate the matter and make it right. Under Massachusetts law, defective merchandise is eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items and services cannot be returned, exchanged, or issued store credit under any circumstances. This includes custom products, special orders, personalized items, engravings, completed jewelry or watch repairs, and fulfilled same-day services. Custom wedding bands and custom engagement rings are strictly non-returnable.
Restocking Fee
Engagement rings and select gold items are returnable for store credit within 14 days of purchase. However, these items may be subject to a 10% to 20% restocking fee. This restocking fee is imposed if the buyer changes their mind, experiences buyer's remorse, or returns an eligible item that requires cleaning or polishing to return to a new, sellable condition.
Processing and Bank Times
When an eligible, non-custom refund is officially approved by our management and processed in-store, the credit processing will be initiated on our end. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the processing window to clear through the banking networks and post.
