From custom engagement rings and wedding bands to ring resizing, necklace chain repair, and more—every piece is handled with care, precision, and a personal touch. All repairs are done on-site, with the exception of pearl restringing.

Most basic repairs, like ring resizings and necklace chain repairs, are completed within a week. More complex repairs may take a bit longer. We consider the repair’s complexity, our current workload, and any needed materials to ensure top quality. We’ll provide an estimated turnaround time when you drop off your item.

Do you do all jewelry repairs on site?

We understand how much your jewelry means to you, which is why we have our very own master jeweler, Igor, who manages all repairs on-site at Jewelry Express Works. With decades of experience, we assure you that your precious pieces will never be sent to third parties for any work, with the exception of pearl restringing. We promise to handle your jewelry with the utmost care and respect, and we thank you for trusting us with your treasured keepsakes.

Do you buy jewelry or gold?

We do not purchase any type of jewelry or gold from our customers. Instead, we rely on our business-to-business suppliers for parts and materials. However, if you have old jewelry that you no longer want, we can transform it into a new piece for you. Additionally, if there are certain usable materials, we may consider offering partial credit toward the creation of a custom design.
