How long does a typical jewelry repair take?

Most everyday services, including standard ring resizings and necklace chain repairs, are completed within one week. Complex heirloom restorations or specialized gemstone sourcing may take two to three weeks. We will give you a clear turnaround estimate the moment you leave your item on our bench.

Are all repairs completed on-site?

Yes. We understand how important your jewelry is to you, which is why Igor manages and does all repairs on-site. Your precious items never leave our secure premises and are never mailed out to third-party commercial factories, with the sole exception of specialized pearl restringing.

Do you buy raw jewelry or gold?

We do not purchase loose gold or scrap jewelry from the public. However, if you have old, unwanted family gold or gemstones, we can completely melt down and transform those exact materials into a brand-new heirloom. For eligible materials, we can also apply a partial credit directly toward the creation of your next custom design project.
