We offer professional on-site repairs for gold, silver, and platinum earrings. Our bench services include replacing broken posts, straightening bent posts, soldering, converting earring backs, securing loose stones, re-setting pearls, and recreating single lost earrings (explore our custom design page).

Earring Repair Rates: Basic post repairs and standard solder work start at $40 – $60. Final costs depend on the precious metal type, construction style, and proximity to heat-sensitive gemstones. For a precise quote, please bring your earrings to our storefront for an in-person assessment.

Scope of Earring Services: Our bench work focuses strictly on safely repairing structural metal components and settings. Standard repair intake does not include formal appraisals, gemstone grading, or metal authentication. We repair all items exactly as handed to us. Depending on the design and complexity of the piece, standard intake procedures may include reference photos or internal bench notes at drop-off to document pre-existing conditions before work begins.

Please note: We work exclusively with traditional precious metals (gold, silver, and platinum). We do not service base metal, brass, or fashion costume earrings.

Turnaround Time: Typical turnaround for earring repairs is 1 to 2 weeks.
