Gemstone & Diamond Sourcing: We source a wide variety of diamonds and colored gemstones tailored to your exact preferences, offering both traditional natural stones and modern lab-grown options. Replacement costs depend on the stone type, carat size, cut, and the bench labor required for setting. Mounting & Setting Security: To ensure your new stone stays safe for daily wear, we evaluate the condition of the setting first. If safely securing a replacement gemstone requires repairing worn prongs or adjusting a damaged seat, we will provide a complete, transparent quote for prong repair after an in-person evaluation before starting any work.

Scope of Gemstone Services: Our bench work focuses strictly on sourcing, fitting, and setting replacement gems into sound mountings. Standard service intake does not include formal gemological appraisals, diamond grading, or stone authentication of customer-provided gems. Customer-provided stones are set as presented, and we assume no liability for pre-existing inclusions, internal fractures, or unverified origin claims. Depending on the item, we may also take a reference photo at drop-off to document the piece and its pre-existing setting condition before it goes to the bench.

Turnaround Time: Typical turnaround for gemstone sourcing and setting is 2 to 3 weeks.
