Jewelry Express Works, Inc. does not offer mail delivery or shipping services at this time. All transactions, custom designs, and jewelry or watch repair services are strictly fulfilled via In-Store Pickup Only at our physical storefront located at 211 Washington St, Brookline, MA 02445.

• Completion Notifications: Once your jewelry piece, custom design, or physical repair project has cleared our final in-house inspection, our team will contact you directly to confirm it is ready for collection.

• Asset Security and Handover Verification: Because the physical items and materials entrusted to our care carry high financial and sentimental value, Jewelry Express Works, Inc. retains absolute discretion over the release of all property. To safeguard our clients against unauthorized collection, theft, and fraud, items will only be released upon satisfactory verification of ownership at our counter. Our staff reserves the right to request the original paper intake receipt, digital order confirmations, or any specific account-matching administrative details deemed necessary on the spot to securely validate the identity of the person claiming the property. Items will not be released to any third parties without prior, verified authorization logged by the primary owner.
