Shipping policy

At this time, we exclusively deliver to verified street addresses within the state of Massachusetts, excluding P.O. boxes. All orders must have an adult signature upon delivery. We retain the right to cancel any orders that fall outside of our shipping zone. Currently, we do not offer international or out-of-state shipping. For our made-to-order engagement rings found on our online store, the standard processing time is 10–15 business days. Custom-designed engagement rings and wedding bands may require a longer turnaround time of approximately 20 business days. The typical processing time for all other jewelry items is 7–14 business days. Once the item is available, shipping generally takes 1-3 business days.
