Repair Estimates: We are happy to provide a general ballpark estimate via email if you can attach clear photos of your jewelry. However, for a precise quote, we ask that you visit us in person. A physical inspection allows our master jeweler to properly evaluate the piece and provide a fair, transparent price before starting any work.
Walk-ins are always welcome for repair evaluations; no appointment is necessary.

Checking a Repair Status? While not strictly required, having your 4-digit ticket number ready when you email or call is incredibly helpful. It allows us to pull up your bench file immediately and minimizes your wait time.

Before You Contact Us

We specialize exclusively in custom jewelry design, precious metal repairs, and on-site ring resizing. If you are looking for expert, local care for your fine jewelry, you are in the right place.

A note on engraving services: We offer fine precision engraving for jewelry items, watches, and wearables (including wedding bands, bracelets, pendants, and charms). Please note that we do not engrave non-jewelry items such as cups, flasks, pens, or lighters.

A note on purchasing & appraisals: As an active bench workshop, we do not buy scrap gold or raw jewelry from the public, nor do we offer standalone insurance appraisals for outside pieces.
