In-Person Repair Estimates: To guarantee absolute pricing accuracy and protect the structural safety of your jewelry, we provide repair estimates exclusively in person. Because each heirloom or modern piece requires a physical inspection under our master jeweler's microscope to evaluate metal health and stone security, we cannot provide quotes over phone, text, or email.
Walk-ins are always welcome; no appointment is necessary.

Checking a Repair Status? While not strictly required, having your 4-digit ticket number ready when you call is incredibly helpful. It allows us to pull up your bench file immediately and minimizes your wait time, especially if we are assisting another customer at the counter.

We specialize exclusively in custom jewelry design, precious metal repairs, and on-site ring resizing. If you are looking for expert, local care for your fine jewelry, you are in the right place.

A note on engraving services: We offer fine precision engraving for jewelry items, watches, and wearables (including wedding bands, bracelets, pendants, and charms). Please note that we do not engrave non-jewelry items such as cups, flasks, pens, or lighters.
