Do you do all jewelry repairs on site?

We understand how much your jewelry means to you, which is why we have our very own master jeweler, Igor, who takes care of all repairs in-house at Jewelry Express Works. With decades of experience under our belt, we want you to feel confident that your precious pieces will never be sent away to third parties for any work needed, with the exception of pearl restringing. We promise to handle your jewelry with the utmost care and respect, and we thank you for trusting us with your treasured keepsakes.

Do you buy jewelry or gold?

We don't purchase any type of jewelry or gold from our customers. We have our own business-to-business suppliers for parts and materials. However, if you have old jewelry that you no longer like, we can transform it into a new piece for you. Additionally, if there are certain usable materials, we may consider giving partial credit towards the work done in creating a custom design.
